We contacted Char on a recommendation, and we are glad we did. We had a pump problem, and not only did she replace the pump, she also solved an unrelated plumbing issue that I happened to mention. She was willing to come out to our very rural location, and she came prepared, bringing everything she might need to finish the job without surprise trips back to town. When I needed service for my furnace to be repaired, I tried calling many other repair companies only for no one to answer my call. It was really cold that day and when I called Char she finished what she was doing and came over right away even though she was very busy. Char came over realized what the issue was and ordered the parts for us right away. She even offered some space heaters for us, while we had to wait for the parts. She was very good to show me what was causing the issue and even cleaned our furnace as well and when another issue arose she came back over as soon as possible and fixed that issue as well. She was very personable and friendly and we will be utilizing her services again if we have another issue.

Char installed a reverse osmosis system in our home. She was on time for her appointment and the installation was quick and and efficient. Char is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the RO system worked. She even took the time to hang the filter wrenches and spare parts right beside the unit for easy access! We have a an NTI Trinity natural gas boiler. Char has serviced and repaired this boiler. She knows what to do and can trouble shoot . The last time her, she brought the parts with her and had us with heat in short time. She has replaced our septic tank pump.She was fair in price and was prompt.

Charmaine was very courteous, efficient and arrived in a timely fashion. Great service and works for a fair price. Would definitely hire her again.
